Whatever I will become will be what God
has chosen for me. I ain't no saint, but I've
tried never to do anything that would hurt
my family or offend God. I figure all any
kid needs is hope and the feeling he or
she belongs. If I could do or say anything that
would give some kid that feeling, I would
believe I had contributed something to the
world. The child needs a helping hand or
he’ll grow up to be an angry young man some
day. Don’t criticize what you don’t understand,
son. You never walked in that man’s shoes. To
judge a man by his weakest link or deed
is like judging the power of the ocean by
one wave. So many kids and adults, too, have
gotten just about one of the roughest breaks
that can happen to a person. We can help these
people. Tomorrow will be too late, it’s now or
never. Never wait for tomorrow, what if tomorrow
never comes? Do something worth remembering.
We can’t build our dreams on a suspicious mind.
