EMPIRE ORMOLU, PATINATED BRONZE EEWER
ATTRIBUTED TO CLAUDE GALLE, CIRCA 1810
With ovoid tapering body decorated with a mask and griffin handle, surmounted by a pinched neck and everted spout.
Measure 15 1/4" tall x 5 1/2" across over handle and spout x 3 1/4". Good condition with pleasing patina. Formerly mounted as a table lamp; electric fittings now removed.
