This is a white porcelain covered creamer (or small teapot) by MZ Austria. It has black bands at the rim, multi-color flowers and a lot of gold trim. It has the matching lid. I do not know the pattern name or age.
The creamer measures 3 38 inches tall and is 4 3/8 inches to the top of the handle. It is about 3.50 inches at the widest point and is 6.00 inches from handle to spout.
There is some wear to the gold on both handles (lid and creamer, but no other wear.
There are no chips, cracks, or other damage.
