This beautiful piece of furniture will … Read more Offering a gorgeous large signed 19th century walnut armoire wardrobe with drawers and shelves. This beautiful piece of furniture will look fantastic in an entry way, parlor, living room or bedroom. The cabinet is embossed in three locations on the back by the maker H Scholien with the number 368, and on the sides of the doors. It is 5 feet wide, 2 feet deep and 7 feet 4 inches tall, and has intricate hand carved details, metal handles and locks. Inside the cabinet are inlaid wood tie/scarf hangers along with chrome clothes hangers in each bay. The doors each have a 16 inch wide by 37 inch tall mirror. Besides being a wonderful example of early American craftsmanship, this piece of furniture is very practical and will provide the new owner a nice place for their clothing that has a warmth not found in newer mass produced items.
