Empire style console table supported by two pilasters carved with leaf motifs, framing the central compartment and supporting the slightly protruding undertop band in which there is a drawer. An ancient empire fireplace rests on the marble top, with a ledge of successive carved and gilded leaves and two tapered pilasters with gilded leaf carvings to support the entablature; in mahogany, the mirror is missing. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
