Here is a gorgeous, cabinet designed by John Reeves and made by Reeves Design. The cabinet features a wonderful serpentine-inspired shape that is modern and elegant. The two touch-open front doors mimic the shape of the top. The outside of the cabinet is lacquered in ivory polyurethane lacquer over MDF (you can get this info on the design website). Each door has piano hinges that extend from the top to the bottom of the doors. The legs are slightly curved and painted in a glossy black. I love the surprise of the interior - which is rich, walnut wood. There are two adjustable, sturdy wood shelves.
This cabinet is still in production.

There are some light surface scratches to the top. A few deeper scratches/imperfections can be seen around the top edge. Notably there is a spot with loss of finish on the right hand side - you can see it in the 8th and 9th photos. Also, there is a slight discoloration to the border around the top on the right. The ivory is just slightly more yellow in that small area - close up in 7th photo. Functions beautifully. Very sturdy and well-made. less
