He earned his BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, in 1967. His paintings are in the permanent collection of The Art Institute of Chicago and in many private collections. In this body of work Edwards paints in the geometric abstraction style. Geometric shapes arranged in bonding streamlined geometry, hard- edged, linear forms with the celebration color. See less
