There are areas of water staining and discoloration on the seat fabric, as well as a few small tears on the underside/interior that have caused some feather shedding. These issues are limited to the seat cushions only—the frame, tufting, arms, and back are all in excellent shape with no damage. A professional cleaning and new cushion inserts would meaningfully improve the appearance and comfort. Reupholstering just the seat cushions is also an option for a completely refreshed look, though not required. Priced accordingly. less
