This amazingly huge serving board is wood with silver plated fish head and tail. The silver band wraps around the side of the fish.
These were made in Spain in the 1930’s and this one is marked Grife & Escoda Spain Alpaca.
I see similar more modern ones but this one is an early one and has great weight and patina.
