David Marshall brutalist handles, gilded bronze, 70's – Spain
Spectacular pair of brutalist handles made, in solid gilded bronze, in the 70s by the renowned Scottish artist, based in Spain, David Marshall. Sculptural conception, since form comes before function. Spectacular finish, organic, molded surface, following the sculptor's characteristic style. with an irregular and asymmetrical profile, the body of the handle stands out for its thick braids. They are two very heavy pieces since they are solid bronze. In addition to being door handles, they can be useful as towel racks or any other creative idea, achieving a great theatrical and aesthetic effect.
For the sculptor, his works must be effective and functional, in addition to satisfying a basic sensual and sculptural concept: the need to feel, touch, caress. Attracted by natural phenomena, many of his designs are inspired precisely by geological formations, ice patterns, fossils and degradation, the random shapes of nature where there are no straight lines, using the casting process to try to replicate these phenomena.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations
