Circa … Read more A classical yet modern acrylic painting on Masonite featuring a woman in profile by Ljubo Biro. Signed bottom right. Circa late 1960s to early 1970s. A unique textural painting with a rich impasto. Biro was a self taught Yugoslav artist that settled in Michigan in 1964. His paintings are a nod to Roman-Greco art with a contemporary perspective.
