Making a Moroccan carpet take lots of patience and effort. While choosing our service, you are supporting work made by hand by Berber women’s from the Beni Ourain tribe, that contribute to perpetuate this incredible boho chic textile creation. You don’t just pay for a handmade product, but you’re paying for time spent on searching the best materials and creating each vintage and authentic piece. The cleaning and restoring process, the delivery service, the piece of a soul, the passion and the moment of someone’s life.
Wool rugs bring comfort, solidity and warmth to a space (living room, bedroom…). It purifies the air by absorbing pollutants (like VOCs). We use 100% natural living sheep wool of Morocco. It is environmentally friendly, renewable and easy to maintain.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
Cancellations

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.

- Chairish In-Home Delivery
