Work entitled Yellow Tale by Giacomo Figus.
Painting made with the use of thin wooden boards shaped to fit together almost to make a puzzle and then painted.
Original and innovative the technique used allows the author to express a story in its entirety.
The numerous interlockings give life to figures within figures that make the work a perennial discovery.
The artist shapes the wood almost as if he were a luthier, by the way the use of violins is extensive in his works, the shape is used to give life to new figures.
The work is signed on the back and dated 2006, it was exhibited during an exhibition in a Contemporary Art Gallery in Turin.
Peculiar and eclectic this painting is ideal as an investment as the author is still alive and highly regarded for his innovative techniques.
The painting is in excellent conservation condition.
