GIA certified no heat, untreated, Blue Sapphire mounted in an 18-karat gold bezel set choker necklace. Choker features 158 natural diamonds with near flawless clarity and mesmerizing brilliance. Finely crafted in polished 18k yellow gold, the artful centerpiece is stationed on sturdy block-shaped links that graduate to the diamond and blue sapphire set centerpiece. A daring statement piece that hugs the neck with sparkle and class.

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller

- Chairish Freight Delivery
