An Italian gilt leaf wall sconce from the 1960s, where craftsmanship meets the natural grace of botanical form.
Rising from a circular backplate, six arms extend in fluid, organic curves, each tipped with a cylindrical shade. The sinuous branches and delicate leaves are hand-forged and gilded, catching and reflecting light to create a subtle shimmer that animates the wall.
In a hallway, it punctuates vertical space and guides the eye upward. Flanking a fireplace or bed, it balances the composition of a room while offering gentle, ambient illumination.
