Hand woven in high-quality wool, the all-over field design has two uncommon interpretations of geometric floral patterns in rustic, bright red, rich brown, and other autumnal color ways. The border features an interpretation of vine scroll with sharp leaves in place of garlands, inverting at mirrored points in the upper and lower borders while drawn meticulously from the same branch. The field drawing highlights delicate, lightly worn blue and yellow floral patterns with geometric emphasis on the stems and seeds, similar to the popular pomegranate shrub imagery seen in select Khotan pieces. Quick and easy to clean. See less
