Docked at the private jetty outside the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc at Antibes are four Riva motorboats, each named differently. In the near distance one motorboat is being guided out of the jetty and into open waters, casting behind it a young male water-sports enthusiast.

The Hotel du Cap Eden Roc is perched on the edge of Antibes, on the French Riviera. Slim Aarons took many photographs in Antibes, both of the Hotel du Cap itself and its luxurious surrounds, including the landscaped natural environment and the wonderful Ligurian Sea.
