One hole approximately the size of a pencil eraser. One thread bare area near the end of the rug, approximately one inch by two inches. Outer minor border likely removed. Some alteration to original colors with localized permanent dye. Sides finished in a short fringe and anchored with an overcast blanket stitch. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use!
