The beautiful and extremely rare elephant planter was designed by Walter Bosse in Vienna between 1947 and 1951. It was made of terracotta with an openwork wall in relief. The typical Steinbock brand is pressed into the bottom of the planter.
Works by Walter Bosse can be found in numerous museums and well-known private collections worldwide. This piece has an attribution mark,
