Hitchcock Fan Back Windsor Chairs in the harvest finish with the hard to find seaport hand stenciled pattern. The set includes four side chairs. The chairs have solid maple seats and elegant backs with turned stiles. They have turned legs and stretchers. Black accents to the turned parts complete the look and show the high quality craftsmanship that Hitchcock put into all their furniture. They are authentic Hitchcock chairs as evidenced by the makers stamp found on the underside of the seats and the makers mark stenciled across the back of the seats. One of the stamps is shown in the included photos. The chairs show the normal age wear expected of vintage pieces such as these. They have some scratches and finish wear marks from normal daily use. All parts are tight and they sit level. Please look carefully at the photos as they are an important part of the description.
