This painting is of mountains and hills in the distance with a cascade in the foreground.
There is a signature on corner of the painting as seen on picture marked D, but it's hard to decipher exactly. I read “BE 1889”.
On picture marked “A” is the art piece (canvas on wood)
On picture marked “B” is to show the canvas
On picture marked "C” is the signature

Beautiful vintage gilded frame with an interior lining in the same deep green in velvet.
This painting has probably been framed in the late 40s-50s
