The tables have been covered in red-brown-mahogany colored parchment paper and finished with a high gloss strong lacquer. Beautiful statement pieces, guaranteed to ignite conversation.
Parchment paper covered furniture are a signature element of Aldo Tura ’s designs, it provides a very dramatic and unique feature.

Condition: Exceptionally good vintage condition, almost like new, at an age of approx. 50 years.
Smallest signs of use on some of the edges and very few, almost not visible light scratches.
Very glossy, difficult to photograph.

Aldo Tura was an Italian designer who manufactured in Northern Italy. Working between the trends of Art Deco and Modernism, Tura created unique and luxurious furniture and accessories using exclusive craftsmanship techniques. In the postwar years, while many furniture manufacturers were adapting their production methods to mass production, Tura continued to engage in traditional craft methods.
