"Precious and rare display plate, Meissen porcelain bowl series 1815 hand painted with floral motif and cobalt blue and gold leaf decorations with multiple flowers in the gold cartouche.
Meissen, founded in 1710, is the first European porcelain manufacturer.
The skilfully hand-painted motif on the still fragile porcelain after the first firing is re-enamelled and fired at 1450° so that the original opaque gray transforms into dazzling blue.
The two-sword mark on the back of the plate varies depending on the production series as per the attached images. This piece has an attribution mark,
