The base image was printed by a blueprint or plotter printer from a drawing of mine. Then latex and acrylic paint, charcoal and pencil were applied to the print. The print tones came out in a range from white to soft warm greyish-brown to black. The warm light brown is on the right side of the image and is browner than shown in the photo here.

This mixed media piece portrays a view of the vertical wood supports under the piers close to the rocky shore on the left with water rushing by the small inflatable boats at the pier on the right.

This painting was part of my summer series of Kittery, Maine seashore places.

Paper size is 17.5 x 20 inches with an uneven white paper border that can be trimmed at yours or your framer's discretion. Image size is 14 x 18 inches. The paper is slightly thin and crinkly like Japanese paper - but strong.

Image in very good condition. Signed by the artist.

Will be shipped rolled in hard cardboard tube. See less
