This antique piece is a royal selection that enjoys a medallion with floral patterns on a bronze open field, deliciously punctuated by blue and brown. Our principals believe this is a Persian Yazd rug, though it bears elements of Kerman Lavar rugs as well. In either case, the construction hosts a lustrous wool that brings out the texture and finesse of this rare large-sized piece and fine, regal detail alike. This is an extremely collectible rug in gracious scale and meticulous detail like no other of its provenance.
