"Passage of Light" is a contemporary still life oil painting that combines the beauty of architecture with the softness of nature in the form of an arrangement of flowers. A dramatic play of light and shadow sets the stage for this robust bouquet of chrysanthemums. The flowers offer a fresh, youthful palette of colors and are set in a simple earthenware white pot. Beautiful yellows, pinks and greens symbolic of a spring-like nature are carried into the background motifs on the canvas. Architectural references appear in the geometric motif on the table and the suggestion of an artwork hanging on the wall.
This unique oil painting was inspired by the richness of natures textures and colors and there influence upon things that are "built" whether it's a building or even this still life arrangement. Creative expression for me, on some level is always a journey of seeking a path where the two can support each other in a magnificent way.

The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when

- Does not arrive

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
