Behind mcb ceramics is me, mónica, passionate about ceramics, decoration and simple things. I make all the pieces by hand, one by one, following a slow and delicate process. Kneading, shaping, decorating, glazing\.each step takes time and dedication to obtain a unique, handmade piece, perfect in its imperfection. At mcb ceramics we make decorative pieces: vases, lamps, sculptures, wall lights,… neutral colors and organic shapes are the main hallmarks of my pieces, looking for spaces that transmit peace and balance and that help us improve our emotional well-being. But also, in my pieces you can see the influence of rio de janeiro, the country where i lived and where i began to study ceramics.
