Zane Grey, "Tales of Tahitian Waters". First Edition, 1931. This is a clean copy but has no dust jacket. It is in red buckram covers with illustrated endpapers and many photographs taken by the author and his brother. These fascinating true tales of his time in Tahiti, of his fishing adventures, his day trips, the people he met and their culture, and the boat and sailing lore, are all great and exciting reading. The success of Zane Grey's Western novels made him rich, and allowed him to buy his own three-masted schooner and to indulge his love of sailing, deep sea fishing, wandering, exploring, and writing that brings the reader along with him on his adventures.
The opening line is, "When the "S.S. Tahiti" entered the roadstead off Papeete on May 30, 1928, I espied my yacht "Fisherman" shinning like a great white gull against the wonderful rich bright green of this tropic island."

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
