A large 19th century Dutch pedestal table in an unusual triangular shape to fit nearly anywhere, elevating precious artwork, décor, or greenery. Please note its original fossil marble top does show a few surface scratches, see the image gallery for more information. The base of the pedestal is constructed of paneled wood that has been hand-painted in a faux marble finish to mimic carrara and porphyry (or red marble) that is rather convincing at first glance, with an ebonized (painted) plinth at the floor. Be sure to view the detailed images to see the current condition of this statement pedestal.
