Offering a gorgeous vintage Mid-20th Century "Famille Noir" heavy black glazed lamp with a colorful pair of parrots on the front and a vintage pink pleated shade. There are hand painted butterflies, flying insects, pomegranates, pink and lavender flowers on this colorful lamp.
The black "Noir" glaze is heavily applied and retains its thick beautiful high gloss finish. The original Chinese base is reddish-brown composite.
EXCELLENT RESTORED CONDITION: New brass hardware including vase cap, neck, socket, harp and finial. New clear electrical cord has been added for safety.
VINTAGE SHADE INCLUDED:
Please note: The vintage pink lamp shade is included in the sale, but as you can see from the last photo, it has interior damage. It can be used "as is", but we recommend a new shade if so desired.
