Monumental antique red lacquer Northern Chinese armoire, circa 1870s. The cabinets large stature sets it apart giving off a very stately vibe. Made from elm with an exquisite patina. Features two central drawers and an upper and lower cabinet with shelf concealed by four drawers. Doors can be removed for an open bookcase format. Includes brass hardware with heart charms. Wax stamp along backside from export.
