Contemporary Nude Figure Mixed-Media / Charcoal Drawing With Grey Wash
The figure has her right leg in the air resting on something while her left leg is column-like in a strong vertical position of stabilizing her weight. From this, the rest of her body is soft and curvaceous .slightly leaning back.
The grey wash from watered down Japanese ink flows thru the architecture of her body drawn with a darker soft charcoal. Vague coffee color wash near bottom leg.Done on newsprint paper that is an off-whitish color. Please see note at end.

Paper is 22.5 x 17.25 inches.
PLEASE NOTE: This piece is done on newsprint that has a slightly off-white/tan color. (warmer and slightly darker than shown here). Also paper is fairly thin and used generally for rapid poses. It's "work paper." Newsprint has a tendency to turn slightly darker on exposure to light - so please do not hang in direct sunlight. Newsprint is not treated as precious. I prefer it because it shows the artist's process more sensitively than many other papers. It reflects the feel of the different pressures and speed and emphasis - it's a more human connection to the artist's hand than most other media offer.
Will be shipped rolled in a hard cardboard tube.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
