* by the Berlin artist Siegmund Lympasik (1920 - 1996)
* Lympasik studied at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Hamburg in 1938 and, after his return from the war, at the Berlin Art Academy from 1947, receiving the City of Berlin Art Prize in 1951. As a painter and graphic artist, he was a member of the German Artists' Association and was represented in numerous exhibitions. He created his works with great care and time, inspired among other things by the rock formations on Capo Testa in Sardinia.
