This beautiful handcrafted inlaid mother of pearl box is the perfect accent piece for your home decor. The octagonal shape adds additional interest to this piece, and the tan, cream and black shell coloring in the gorgeous design will fit into most interior designs. The wood box has a hinged lid with red cloth interior lining. The Mosaic design is consistent with the Middle Eastern origin — Egypt or Morocco more than likely. Condition: In great vintage condition with no missing inlay on the top or sides. 2 small pieces missing from the bottom "foot" ring of inlay as pictured. Hinge is slightly loose from the bottom part of the box and may benefit from being re-glued. See pictures for details.
