This Beautiful Vintage Set Lancaster Rose EPCA No 400 include 4 Pieces, the Tray didn't show any brand mark.
This set appears to be in a very good condition for it's age. The sugar pot have a little dent and the tray an little scraped.
1.- Tea Pot = 9.5" H x 11" L x 5" W
2.- Sugar bowl = 7" H x 7.5" L x 4.5" W
3.- Cream Pot = 5" H x 5.5" L x 4" W
4.- Tray = 14" diameter
