The material feels like cotton suede (it has that texture). Wooden feet.
No objectionable stains – at the most one or two pinhead-sized marks. The material shows minimal use.
The title of the listing suggests that this couch is either contemporary or vintage. It was purchased from the upholsterer who owned it and recovered it and added the foam cushion (a high-quality, supportive cushion).
