Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is an exquisite piece featuring a unique marble effect. In the 6th photo you can see the incredible amount of texture this piece has. This piece is from Keil’s “Junge Wilde” collection and is executed on a canvas like cloth. Oftentimes, Keil painted on cloth before being able to afford canvas. It is signed “P. Keil” in the lower right corner. This piece was purchased directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter. The art is in good condition with typical signs of age and wear. There is a minor imperfection in the paint (see 5th photo). See less
