An oil on canvas landscape painting by Manes Lichtenberg (American, 1920-2009). The painting mirrors a winter landscape of a village in Am Arlberg massif in Austria, one of the 5 biggest ski resorts in the world. The Arlberg is consisting of the villages of Lech, Oberlech, Zürs and Zug.
The painting is signed in the bottom right M. Lichtenberg 54 and the location AM Arllberg. Te art work is presented in a custom wood frame and white linen matting.
About the artist :
Manes Lichtenberg was born in New York City in 1920. His formal training began at the Art Students League in New York as well as the Acadamie de la grand Chaumiere in France.
Lichtenberg’s style is said to be a unique blend of realism and impressionism, which has gained him recognition throughout the United States and Europe. He has won many awards including the Gold Medal of Honor of the Allied Artist of America. In addition he has received the Silver Medal in the International Prix Maurice Utrillo in Paris, and the Bronze Medal of the Prix Othon Friesz.
Manes Lichtenberg illustrates life with peacefulness and reserved respectability. He has befittingly earned the approval as a modern day impressionist through his amazing drawing skills, color, composition and awareness of light. The artist truly depicts the beauty of life.

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller

Cancellations

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
