Beautiful 19th century bronze statue signed on the base Halfdan Hertzberg (1857-1890) called the "Le siffeur", the "whistler". This bronze represent a young men hands in his pockets and whistling. Nice brown patina. We can see the name of the bronze "siffleur" in front with the inscription Exposition 1889. There is the same bronze statue in the Oslo museum.
