Luigi Caccia Dominioni, Set of "LP1 Lampione" wall lights, brass and glass, Azucena, 1954 It is an authentic icon of 1950s Italian design, designed by the architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni who recovers the shape of the street lamp "Lampione" for domestic use. The materials are truly refined, as usual for the Azucena brand, and the construction details made with the utmost skill. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
