The wheel has been meticulously restored. The wheel has twelve turned spindles. Solid brass hub with turned mahogany cap and heavy brass band. The half inch tempered glass top has a hole in the center exposing the hub. The binnacle base has a hinged door and is fastened to the decking with brass bolts. Wheel is Circa 1890. The ships wheel is fitted with a ball bearing turntable
