It is fully functional—all lights and buttons work as they should. It is highly recommended that it be re-wired to modern day standards for safety. There may be surface dings, scratches, or scrapes consistent with the item's age and materials.

This came out of the Masonic Lodge in North Adams, MA. Also known as the Houghton Mansion, which has been touted to be one of the most haunted buildings in New England and has been the subject of numerous Ghost Hunters episodes on TV. It was the former home to one of the first mayors of North Adams. Sign and column are centered on a hollow wood “block” base.
