Sold as is. 3 way switch with modes for just primary light, just secondary light inside glass base, and both primary and secondary on. Primary lights on both lamps tested and work. Secondary interior light bulb on one lamp has bulb and works. Secondary bulb on second lamp interior is burnt out and needs replaced but wiring is good.
