This is a traditional mahogany dining table made by Leighton Hall. It features a field of slip-matched swirly crotch mahogany from West Africa and straight grain mahogany and Santos Rosewood borders from South America. It has a warm brown stain with a hand steel wool rubbed satin finish. This finish allows it to blend in well with existing antiques. The pedestals have four fluted legs which terminate with antique brass lions paw feet.
It has been used as a showroom sample for approximately three months. It is in good condition. See “Condition Notes” and see photos for details.
This table retails for approximately $12,700 new.
Dimensions: 48 in. x 76 in. with three 22 in. Leaves (total length with leaves inserted is 142 in.)

- The table has been used as a showroom sample for approximately six months. It is in good condition. No significant … moreThe table has been used as a showroom sample for approximately six months. It is in good condition. No significant scratches or gouges except for two small dings approx. 1/8” in diameter. One is on a leaf and one is near the edge of the table. See the last two pictures. The ding in one picture has a nickel next to it and the other ding has a dime next to it. They are not easily noticeable. You have to view them against the light at a low angle to see them. Any other imperfections are so small, they do not show up in photographs. less
