This is a traditional mahogany dining table made by Leighton Hall. It features a field of slip-matched swirly crotch mahogany from West Africa and straight grain mahogany and Santos Rosewood borders from South America. It has a warm brown stain with a hand steel wool rubbed satin finish. This finish allows it to blend in well with existing antiques. The pedestals have four fluted legs which terminate with antique brass lions paw feet.
It has been used as a showroom sample for approximately three months. It is in good condition. See “Condition Notes” and see photos for details.
This table retails for approximately $12,700 new.
Dimensions: 48 in. x 76 in. with three 22 in. Leaves (total length with leaves inserted is 142 in.)

- The table has been used as a showroom sample for approximately three months. It is in good condition. No significant … moreThe table has been used as a showroom sample for approximately three months. It is in good condition. No significant scratches or gouges except for one small ding approx. 1/8” in diameter on one leaf. See the last two pictures. The ding is circled in red in one picture and has an arrow pointing to it with a nickel next to it in the other picture. It is approximately three inches from the edge. It is not easily noticeable. You have to view it against the light at a low angle to see it. Any other imperfections are so small, they do not show up in photographs. less
