Pair of Chinese chinoiserie porcelain table lamps with colorful butterflies on a mesmerizing background in an intricate shell design fish scale pattern in an iron red/ coral /peach color. The lamps have a baluster form/ ginger jar with a lid shape highlighted with four striking white vignettes outlined in gilt gold holding scenes of colorful butterflies, chrysanthemums, and foliage surrounding the entire body of the lamp. There are another four white vignettes outlined in gilt gold holding scenes of elaborately decorated butterflies flying below and above the ginger jar lid at the neck of the Lamps. The baluster form vases are antiques and were mounted into lamps resting on a Chinese hexagon carved wood base.
