It is … Read more This is a beautifully made vintage basket which will add instant character and texture to your home decor. It is also functional for storage. Straw is wrapped and then coiled to form the basket and contrasting red straw, which has faded, is used to make the detail. Beautiful basket with a straw lid and braided straw straps for hanging. There is fading, the loop to open the lid has come unattached and some slight unravelling as seen in the photos which could be trimmed or glued. This could be used for kitchen storage or as a bag/purse or for shelf decor. See less
