Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a super fun painting from Keil’s “Junge Wilde” collection he created in Berlin. It is signed “P. Keil” in the lower left corner and was executed on a canvas like cloth. Oftentimes, he painted on cloth he had before being able to afford canvas. This piece was purchased directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter. The art is in good condition with typical signs of age and wear. A minor imperfection can be seen in the second photo. See less
