This painting is part of the artist's Millefiori Collection. Italian for a thousand flowers, Millefiori embraces the artist’s love of flowers and travel. Gestural marks and movements combine to form a composition that varies with the viewer’s tendencies: a loosely splayed flower at the micro-level or an enveloping abstract landscape at a more macro viewpoint. In creating each piece, the artist builds innumerable layers of translucent color to yield delicate, ethereal tonal effects over raw textile.
Structurally, the artist renders compositions loosely inspired from hazy, fleeting memories of places and moments experienced during extensive international travels over 30 years. By limiting mark-making to imprecise, free-flowing movements, the lack of contextual representation conveys a sense of ambiguity and universality. These intentionally vague abstract works straddle a space that feels both familiar and imagined, like a bewildering daydream

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
