An exceptionally rare complete set of ten sculptural Dom Pérignon menu / place-card holders designed by acclaimed French designer Martin Szekely, preserved as new old stock in their original presentation box.

Created for Moët & Chandon / Dom Pérignon, these substantial tabletop objects perfectly reflect Szekely’s restrained, architectural design language. Each holder has a beautifully weighted hourglass-like silhouette, subtly curved sides, and a narrow brushed-metal slot across the top designed to hold a printed menu, place card, table number, wine note, or small photograph.

The understated charcoal-gray pewter finish gives the pieces a remarkably sophisticated presence. Rather than relying on overt branding, the design incorporates the Dom Pérignon identity discreetly: each holder bears the Dom Pérignon name and iconic shield emblem in relief, while the underside carries Martin Szekely’s signature.

At approximately 8.5 ounces each, these are surprisingly substantial objects. The weight gives them the stability required for restaurant or formal-table service while also reinforcing the sense of quality and permanence that makes them so appealing as design collectibles.

Perhaps most importantly, this is the complete original set of ten, retained together with its long fitted presentation box. The original factory label identifies the contents as “PORTE MENU” and confirms a quantity of 10, making the surviving packaging an especially desirable part of the set.

The holders appear to have seen little to no actual use and remain in exceptional new old stock condition. They were removed from their original tissue wrapping for photography and will be carefully rewrapped for shipment.
