STONES: 2 emerald eyes, 6 carat cat’s eye chrysoberyl

As many of you know I just love vintage or antique insect jewelry and this spider is no exception. This piece comes out of Germany and is circa 1930's. It is a beautiful Cat's Eye with a perfect center slit and this is surrounded by a finely detailed scalloped Diamond border. The Spider is realistic as it's legs are detailed, the head is set with an old mine cut Diamond, 2 Emerald eyes, 2 Emeralds on antlers Platinum topped yellow Gold. This measure 50mm x 60mm and weighs 10 grams. This spider is really lovely and I have never seen another.
